Advocate Kartikeya Durrani

“But the mere truth won’t do. You must have a lawyer.”

– Dr. Allan Woodcourt to the wrongly accused George Rouncewell, in Charles Dickens’s Bleak House.

At Dyuksha Legal, we do not see the law as a set of sterile statutes, nor as an occupation confined to courtrooms and conferences. We see the law for what it truly is – a force that shapes societies, secures liberties, and sets the course for justice in a fractured world. I established this firm on the bedrock of that conviction.

The word ‘Dyuksha’, derived from ancient Indic thought, embodies clarity, discipline, & luminous insight – and it is with those same principles that we practice law every day.

My own journey through the profession has been forged not in complacency, but in the crucible of contested spaces – from corporate boardrooms to constitutional benches, from the precincts of trial courts to the deliberative arenas of arbitration panels. In each space, I have carried the belief that the law must serve not only the powerful, but also the unheard; not just the compliant, but even those caught in defiance; and not just in verdicts, but in the processes that lead up to them.

I am a strong believer in pro bono representation, particularly for the economically marginalized and legally alienated. As a matter of commitment – not charity – Dyuksha Legal continues to undertake matters involving legal aid, particularly in real estate frauds, matrimonial disputes, and wrongful detentions, having worked with associations such as the Environics Trust, Lotus 300 Buyers Welfare Association and assisted senior counsels in high-stakes bail and fraud matters.

I am also proud to contribute to the growing legal ecosystem through academia, having authored a peer-reviewed publication in the European Journal of Sustainable Development (2019) and contributed to international mooting communities including APCAM Arbitration Meta-Verse, and remain an active member of Young SIAC (YSIAC).

With a foundation in corporate law and extensive litigation experience, I understand both strategy and stakes. Having said that, my work is guided by something more human: making every client’s voice truly heard. Each argument, each strategy, each step I take is fueled by the resolve to ensure your story matters, your concerns are acknowledged, and your justice is pursued relentlessly. At Dyuksha Legal, we don’t just practice law – we fight for your voice to be felt, respected, and acted upon.

The Dyuksha Trifecta

Responsiveness

We are quick to act, quicker to understand you.

Empathy

We don’t just listen to you, we shoulder the weight for you.

Resilience

We outlast the chaos, so you can outgrow it.

Distinguished Guidance and Collaborative Advocacy

At Dyuksha Legal, we don’t just practice law – we navigate complexities with you.

Be it civil or commercial disputes, arbitration battles, white-collar defense, real estate tangles, consumer claims, or strategic consulting, we cover the ground where law meets life and business.
What makes us different? Courtroom grit, clear, updated and timely advice, empathy and client-first focus.

We believe that the best legal outcomes are born of collaboration – not only among lawyers but also between the lawyer and the client. At Dyuksha Legal, we create legal strategies with the client, not merely for the client. We understand that legal proceedings often involve enormous psychological and financial stress. Therefore, every client is accorded the dignity of full participation, transparent updates, and honest counsel.
We promote a culture of strategic deliberation. Our internal review process ensures that every matter is reviewed by multiple legal minds before pleadings are finalized or hearings are conducted. This not only enhances quality but eliminates oversight – fostering accountability at every level of our practice.
